I was also a victim of FTL. I got double charged and the product that arrived month and a half late was total fake. Nothing like a product shown in their online pictures. The site that got me scamed was "Elioloco". Later I saw bunch of other online pages that sell "same" merch using same fake pictures of the products. So, be aware of similar fake online shops that sell similar fake products. Be sure that you won't get what you ordered.

Ordered 2 massage guns, got an order email confirmation, money was taken off my card in the amount of $212 woth express shipping. No other email communications after. When tried to contact company email attached to confirmation email did not work, email on website did not work. Been trying to get my money back.

Purchased clothing from Fashionmia. Received it in the mail and it was many sizes too small. Upon trying to return merchandise which you only have 30 days to return, I tried to e-mail per their instructions twice and they have not number for you to call. I have not heard from company and I am suspecting I won't.
