I was searching for OOFOS Sandals and came across this website where the sandals were being discounted and I ordered 3 pairs for $104.95 on 5/11/22. They sent back an email saying they had received my email and the logistics information would be sent via email within 48 hours (business days). It also indicated that if I didn't receive any email about the tracking in 3 business days to please contact us again. They also included a contact email for customer service. I never received any email so I reached out to the customer service email a could of times and still no response. After 2 1/2 weeks I threatened to reach out to the Better Business Bureau and cancel my payment. I received an email back saying this person(Elle Joy) which the following message - I'm helping you get in touch with the relevant people for details about your order. Due to the large number of recent orders , please wait for 3-5 days. If you do not hear back within 5 business days, please contact us again. Thank you very much for your understanding. I responded back saying this was not a recent order and they had 3 business days. I have not heard anything back and it has been 5 business days.
