I purchased a ticket online on 11/1/24 and they took it out of my account. I flew today and landed at my first stop with Alerts from my bank on my phone. This company either gave my information out or used it themselves to purchase tickets 2 different times. In the meantime I have been stuck in an airport for 16 hours trying to reach my destination but I have been flagged due to my account being frozen. I called the company and the customer agent for southwest also called and the guy was so rude to us and was using horrible language.

This company is a scam. I bought a ticket from them and I was told the boarding pass would be available 6 hours before flight. I arrived at the airport and I was told by the airline that my confirmation # was not on the system. I called the customer service to explain what happened and he was so rude. He didn't resolve the issue. I missed my flight.
A few hours later I received a call from one Mr. Austin Red (Senior Manager) who promised to resolve the issue. He offered a free ticket and a refund. I declined the free ticket and demanded a refund. He agreed. Then they proceeded to use my card for transactions without my consent. I found out when I checked my online transactions through my banking app. I immediately reported the issue to my bank.
These guys are crooks.

My sister booked a flight through this website, got a confirmation email and everything. $302 was the price of the flight, and it was taken out of her account. The flight was booked 2 months prior to the trip. A day before the flight, she called the website she booked through to get her boarding pass, and they told her that because she got her flight at a "discounted price" that she would receive her boarding pass 6 hours before the flight. She called back the next day 6 hours before the flight because she had still not received her boarding pass. They then told her that she would receive it in the next 10-15 minutes. She called back 20 minutes later because she had still not received her boarding pass. They told her that because it was a "discounted price" she would get her boarding pass 4 hours before the flight, which is not what they told her the day before. The guy on the phone was saying so many different things, and nothing was making sense. It got to the point where he said he would just cancel the flight and refund us because we were not being "patient" and we were not willing to "wait". Absolutely ridiculous. This guy was a liar, and should not get away with all this. He kept interrupting us, and would not hear us out on our very reasonable frustration. We have to wait and see if the refund will even go through, but at this point I have no reason to trust this scammer. I told him I was going to report him, and he then called me a "scammer" and said I was using "abusive language". Insane. This guy has probably scammed so many people by now, and he deserves to be behind bars.
