Pretending to be an agent from the airline, they charged us $800 service fee to reserve two economy class seats. Avoid them at all cost and change your credit card immediately if you used them in the past. Total scammers.

I called Southwest to cancel my flight since their were a lot of cancellations. This company canceled my flight and said they could book me on United. They booked me for the wrong return date from Mexico to US. Then I called United directly and changed it to correct date and even got a confirmation. However, I was not booked in the system. Fortunately I had my printed out confirmation with the correct date snd agents supervisor was able to get me on the flight.

Googled search number for Air Canada and this 1 888 -333-7320 showed up. I called thinking I was talking to Air Canada to cancel my booking and have a credit issued towards a new booking. They charged a penalty fee $300..I later called Air Canada the legit number as I had a question about that penalty fee and guess what Air Canada does not charge penalties for this. Charge is under ARS travel. All they did is go to the official A/C booking site and with my E ref request cancelation plus credit voucher . A report has been filed with the A/C fraud division. Lesson learned. I cancelled my credit card.

I checked for American Airlines phone number, on my phone, and the number that came up answered as if I was talking to American Airlines. They made the reservations, with the same prices I had seen on the American Airline website. I gave them my credit card number for all 4 reservations. They then called and said they could not change all the cost on my card (I thought I was at limit) and I gave them my employers card for the difference. The next day, when I reviewed charges I found the full amount of the actual tickets were charge to my credit card and an addition fee of $726.92 to my employer's card. I called to question the fee and they hung up on me. I then called the airline and they locked in our reservations, so this company could not change them. I then called the credit card company who could not do anything since it had not posted yet. When the statement arrived I disputed it. The credit card company has denied the dispute. The number I had originally talked with is not not in service. I've been scammed and this company need to be put out of business. The airline just gave me a number of 703 816 5106 and they told me to call them.

I googled the phone number for United Airlines, this fraudulent phone number came up, I called thinking i was talking to united airlines, instead it was this fraudulent company who asked for my airline voucher code, then proceeded to book my trip on the united airlines website. There was a remaining balance after the travel voucher, this man named Maverick then asked for credit card information to pay for the remaining balance. My credit card then was billed for United Airlines AND ARS Travel Services for $229.58.

Tried to charge me upwards of $900 to extend my $918 airline credit. Not kidding. And then were able to work with me to get it down to $150 (after 45 min of being rudely interrupted and degradingly spoken to) because "I am like a brother and sister to him." (Jason Rash was the representative I spoke with). Turn out, our airline was offering credit extensions and change fee waivers for free - NO payment needed. FareOGlobe is a complete scam. Do not use.

Total scam. Pretended to be Alaska Airlines and then charged me $300 to book a ticket I could have booked myself on the internet, and did it poorly. I called back because the information promised to me never came through. I eventually got the right number for Alaska and fixed it myself, but it is a waste of $300. DO NOT BOOK with these people, they are scam artists!

Posing as a southwest airlines agent. Got my confirmation number. Looked up flight information and fees. Tried to charge me $50 per person to issue the "credit." I kept telling him Southwest didn't charge change fees. He was difficult to understand. Had a "supervisor" call me. Same story. I persisted that there should not be a fee. Other people I know didn't get charged a fee and the website says no fee. Finally transferred me to apparently the real Southwest Airlines!!
