Through a booking app/website this company's search result comes up as the best (cheap) air-ticket , so someone like me feel to this trick (scam) and clicks/chooses this company and proceed to buy that ticket. Like everyone else, i didn't even read the "terms & conditions" and proceeded with my purchase by providing my credit card details and got email with itinerary. Only later i realized that they called me and said the airline changed their rate policy (which is not true) and asking me to pay more money and refusing to honor(amount) what they showed in the website and what the email i received (itinerary , confirmation number, the amount they charged on my cc)
