i ordered 2 shirts totaling 47.43 and received only one and it was poor quality and the size was ridiculous. i was told to go on their homepage to return an item and the website does not exist.looking into some of the other bad reveiws they use several different names. i think this is fraud and a big scam i want a refund and continue to let people know of your dishonest dealings.just want to know where to send the one i finally got back and refund from the one i never received.

I have ordered over $150 in shirts and they arrived. I am VERY dissatisfied with their quality and fit. I can't get a response from the company on sending it back. I have emailed (the only contact I have) 7 days in a row and no response. I want a refund for these items and fear that if I pay for the return postage I may not ever see that money or the money I sent.

I ordered 2 summer Tank Tops 9 days ago and haven't heard anything yet - but they took my money, thru Paypal. >:( I suppose I will be filing a complaint with Paypal - I also just got ripped off for a cute cat toy that was $20 . Found the Ad on Facebook. I will Never order anything again from Ads I see on Facebook. They are Chineese Scams ! >:( Lesson Learned AGAIN >:(

I ordered boots and a sweater from Fashionweb International. The sweater was delivered and was poorly assembled and didn't look like the photo. The boots were never delivered. I contacted PayPal and they told me to try to resolve it with the seller. After I sent a request to Fashionweb International, they told me the boots had been discontinued and in order to get a refund, I must close my dispute with PayPal. Obviously, I need to get a refund before I close the dispute. PayPal is requiring me to file a report with a law enforcement agency, send a scanned copy of the stamped response from the law enforcement agency, and they will review it again. PayPal should not send money to a company that is obviously a scam. They should protect their customers from disreputable companies or be responsible for the reimbursement.

I found them via an advertisement on Facebook. The clothing looked very quality and worth it for the price. Little did i know that the pictures on their website and the advertisements were all stolen from the merchants that sell the quality clothing. When i received the item i ordered it was dramatically different than what was pictured. It was made out of cheap polyester when the ad pictured the item made of a natural material. It was also a completely different style than what was pictured. When i contacted them for a refund they refused to do so unless i paid for return shipping which for me, shipping an item from the U.S. to China would put me at a major loss financially. I even tried getting paypal involved and they said i would be responsible for paying for the return as well. This practice is very unfair considering i paid for something that was not what i received. I was charged $30 for a pair of leggings worth maybe $5. They also sell knock off items and steal their photos from other sellers which is very wrong.
