This App is a scam, they state they'll provide a Parent App for children using smartphones, but it doesn't work, it crashes constantly. I requested a refund and account cancellation last April 2024, and they did not respond. All you get is auto bot responses on Chat and Email, not people actually respond. Months went by with a documented paper trail of cancellation and refund requests, no response. Today April 1, 2025 they just charged my again for $49 annual subscription. They won't stop billing people, their Google App Store reviews are full of similar complaints from buyers. I think this is an offshore scame, I'm not sure the company is even real of that a staff works there. They need to be investigated and removed from the Google App Store, and Apple App Store. Buyer beware.

Family Time is a advertised as an "all-in-one parental control app for managing screen time, blocking texts, apps, and websites, tracking locations, and monitoring child's online activity." I signed up for a trial period, but the website indicated that I needed to purchase the app for full access to all parts of the app. I paid the $20.90 fee (which was a hefty discount with the promo code I was given by a support staff member on the website chat) to use the app on 3 kids' devices. The app would freeze each of their screens each time we attempted to use the app. We uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. In addition, the parts of the app that I was told would be available once I paid were never available. So I contacted the support staff after a 24-hour period and let them know I wanted a refund since the app wasn't working for us one bit. I was told, "I have sent your case to the Billing team for account cancelation and refund and you'll be refunded within next 10 to 15 working days." 3 weeks later, no refund, so I emailed the company to let them know I still had not received my refund. They replied, "I would like to tell you that your refund is in the last stage of the process and will be processed within the next few working days. We were having some technical issues with our systems, which is why it took so long. I apologize for the trouble you have faced. We seek your understanding in this regard." Two weeks later, I let them know I still hadn't received the refund, and I got this response: "Our billing department is currently processing your refund issue. You will be notified via email once your issue is resolved." I've continued to follow up for weeks after, and I continue to get the same canned response. Since this issue has not been resolved, I was curious about other users/targets. The reviews are horrible, and commenters on social media and on reviews left all indicate a similar experience. I've continued to reach out to the company via the online chat service, and they are unresponsive once I tell them the situation. They were quick to sell me the product, and they are quick to tell me the refund is on its way, but it's been two months, and I still haven't seen a refund.
