I need a refund.

I ordered a kids quad. Like everyone else they said new shipments were going out. Then might not make Christmas. Then nothing no website, number, email. Everything went dark. I need a refund!

I ordered a kids quad off of their website on January 17, 2021. I paid with a credit card and my credit card company will not reimburse me.

They repeatedly told me it was still shipping from China and had a long lead time. I told them I was going to report them to the FTC and they said they are sending me a certified check refund. I never received a refund. They stopped replying to my emails, their website is offline and their phone number is now disconnected. Emails now bounce back. I was scammed for about $700

I ordered a new a new go cart online for my grandson’s,it was in may after many excuses week by week I never received my purchase. Finally I asked for a refund. I was assured it would be done and after two weeks no refund,I continue to call and get no answer or no message back.I looked up under ScamPulse.com s information and it appears to be a sham operation,should have checked first,it’s a shame to do this to children waiting for a present
