This online purchase scam states they are selling a 5-piece patio fire pit set for $59.98, $1.20 for shipping insurance, and $12.99 shipping, for a total of $74.17. I found this ad on Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, and TicTok. The package did not arrive on the expected date so I contacted them via the email address provided ([email protected]). They responded and stated the package was delivered on my doorstep; in actuality, they sent me a pair of shaded sun glasses and that's what they used as a tracking method. I've since contacted them again and stated my issue and they want me to return the shaded sun glasses at my own expense and when they receive the shaded sun glasses, they will then provide a refund (which we know will not happen).

Purchased wooden face watch. After long period I received the watch with no instructions and totally unable to read dark woodgrain face of watch. The band is made of some unknown material. It’s junk. I complained by email and was advised via email to return watch to an address in Asia (at my expense) and my $ will be refunded when it is received. Right? Not only have I lost $60 but now need to add additional amount for postage. I’m fairly certain my $ will never be refunded. Buyer Beware! I was led to believe this was some small family company.
This is a scam for sure. NEVER ORDER CRAP ON FB WITHOUT CHECKING BBB.

I ordered a Special Calendar Wood Watch from Family Box Co (order ***) and still have not received it when I was informed it would be here within 3-7 business days. I have received no shipping confirmation, they have not replied to my emails or answered my phone calls, and there is no option to leave a voicemail, it just says the line is busy after ringing for so long. After reading several similar reviews, I believe this company to be a scam that is stealing money from people. I read in a response they posted that they do not sell to individual customers, but only to stores. According to their terms of service they do just the opposite; it says they do not sell to 3rd parties and only to the individual. They contradict what they advertise and they steal money. I paid $59.95 for this customized watch and have not heard anything back from them in regards to the status of my order or a possible refund, and I don’t wish for anyone to go through the same thing.
