Via Facebook advertisement, I purchased two ornaments. The pictures depicted look NOTHING like what you get. I have been trying to return these since I received them 2 weeks ago. They never return emails, nor chat online. The reviews(3rd party) via “Judge ID” are not accurate because they are able to screen them and only post the ones they want you to see. The address listed on their site is not real and the phone number gets you to a sex line. Now I’m worried about what they will do with my information if they are scammers!

I ordered the ornament back in November and it said it has been shipped it has been sitting in Carterer New Jersey since November and still is as of the 6th of December

I have tried emailing and no response I have tried their chat and no response and when I called it was a *** line for customer service

I’m not sure what country they’re actually in. They had a post on Facebook showing your pictures turned into an ornament. On their website the images look 3D. But they’re not. They’re just 2D. I ordered 2, I then tried calling their phone number listed on the website, it went to some sort of porn. I emailed trying to cancel, then claimed my order was processed and shipped. They gave me a tracking, however there was just a label created and that’s it.
