Walgreens advertises free COVID testing and sets up an online appointment for you. I drove 40 miles (I live in a rural area) so the $5 loss is for gasoline, because when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, it took almost five minutes before I was even acknowledged and then was told that they don't do COVID testing. I am just reporting this so they can take that offering off the website. Five dollars didn't break me, I was inconvenienced, but there are many in the rural areas that need that $5 just to put some kind of meal, be it Ramen or whatever, on their table. Corporate America needs to pay better attention and update their services, or lack thereof, on all platforms
