I receive an official purchase confirmation of the hotel where we were going to stay, Oasis Cancun Grand. when we arrive oi Cancun, we didn't have any reservations at all. in order to stay we had to pay 1418.85 for the 5 night I already paid before with the package of $399.00
i called several times to the company i purchase the vacations from but for almost the hole day they transfer me from one place to the other with no avail. sometimes the y just hang up the phone and I we called back and explained what happen and they transfer me again and again. bottom line. this company took $399.00 dollars from me plus 1418.85 that I had to paid in order to stay in that hotel.
i have the email they send me with the official confirmation of my purchase. please help me to get some of my money back.
