I purchased Solar panels and a battery from Solar Energy Solutions, The salesman's name was supposedly Stefan Muckenfuss. I never received the battery. I made two transactions. the first transaction was on May 3 2023 for a battery that cost 2400.00. After waiting almost a year Stefan contacted me and said the battery would not work with my solar system and I needed a different battery. The cost of the 2nd battery was 15,300.00. Stefan has been delaying the installation of the battery saying that it was ordered but hasn't came in. I believe this is all a scam. the address on the invoices of his company is a UPS store. and the company phone number is an answering service.
