I also wanted to buy a puppy and this shipping company exactly did the same what they have done with prevoius puppy buyer , who wrote previus complaint. The seller and shipping company work together or this is the same person. The Christensens Family Maltipoo this is scam. They got $900 for a puppy Coco and never sent it. Instead they wanted to charge me addtional cost for the shipping $990 ( I already paid$200). This is their website https://christensensfamilypoos.com/available-puppies/. Don't buy from them , you never get your puppy. I reported them to our local police office.

Attempted to buy a puppy from scammers, and they supposedly were sending the puppy through this scamming transportation company. They contacted me after the all of a sudden say the puppy needs to be in a thermal carte due to it's size and weather. All lies weather was great and was supposedly good enough to fly from Wyoming to DesMoines Iowa just fine. They offered for us to rent the crate for $995 the cheapest option and 98% would be refunded once delivered. When I called he told me 100% would be refunded. I called again and said I will come and pick up the puppy and he said thats not an option. He sent a janky email saying he would send me the information to zelle the payment. I called and asked his name he says it's Paul and I asked for a supervisor and he said this is not a call for a supervisor. I asked for an address, I asked why he was calling from a NC number (252-679-8172) and then a Wyoming number (307-828-1158) and why the numbers on the website do not work, and why he answers the phone suspiciously, and ironically the call is dropped. If you ask me its all the same greedy sick scammer selling the maltipoo puppies KJ Ford aka Weis Family Maltipoo aka Marcus KJ Weis with a wife supposedly named Krystal Martin.
