I purchased from Spoodville and quickly asked for a refund after a list of excuses why they couldn’t send my order out. I was told they would refund me on numerous occasions. I had to fight through Venmo and reported them on BBB and FTC and once I did Spoodville owners Kirsten Henry and Bradley Farr decided to threaten me and stock me telling me he would harass me every single day and that he would “see me soon”. The most unstable unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. See for yourself!

I ordered from them for a jumping spider a couple months ago. I've emailed multiple times as well as texted on the phone number they had on their facebook page. No response. They claim that there policy is non-refundable despite never sending me what I paid for. They literally say on their website that if you are rude they will cancel your order and keep your money.
