Haji from A Handicraft found our business on the internet and reached out stating he was a manufacturer of high end goods. They requested to manufacture our high end bags in India as the quality of materials were much better there. After much research, we didn't see or hear of any complaints with this manufacturer. Haji requested that we send them samples of our premium luxury bags to start manufacturing. He stated it would take them about 5 months to manufacture our custom designs. It's been about a year now, they promised to produce better quality products and deliver for holiday, which they, of course, did not. After multiple attempts to return my samples, they sent me a duplicate bag stating they had reached the end, only to find out they were just pushing back the legal aspect. In the photo it looks like they used a program to duplicate the bag and then add another color metal to show that the bag was in progress. They received multiple high end, high quality bags from us and continue to state they will be returning these goods back to us but never deliver. We will be proceeding with further action as they signed a NDA with our organization and these were proprietary patent goods. They still have not sent back samples and continue to lie about manufacturing. I am not sure if they are targeting higher end merchandise but PLEASE BEWARE. Do not use this company, they are scamming you from your high end products and probably selling them there. Total scammers and very disgusted with this company when we were trying to support them.
