In February 2022. OPA Chemicals reached out to an employee via their cell phone. Used a name, which is not the correct name of our employees at the time. The company sent via FedEx a chemical product that was signed for at the site. We receive many packages that are signed for by the office for maintenance deliveries. I received an invoice in March of 2022, I called OPA to explain that we did not order the products nor are they a vendor for our company. I was informed because they called an employee's cell phone and that we signed for the product that we owed the bill. I confirmed with the employees that they did not order the product, however, we agreed to pay the invoice versus paying to ship the package back at a higher rate. Once again we have received products from this company that we did not order. They did not shut down the account for us, instead, they shipped the product again. I called and spoke to Jake who stated we had to return the product, by contacting FedEx and stating return to sender. We are going to do this, however, I am not sure that FedEx will take the packages back. I have requested for the third time to be removed from their list and reminded them that neither of the names they used for the order work for our company anymore. I left a review on their website after finding out that they are doing this to people and companies everywhere. Someone needs to stop this company and shut them down, please.
