I received a statement from Medicare Part B for a claim they paid, supposedly for me, from G&I Ortho for $3,980 for two urinary catheters. Medicare paid them $2,678.14. I never received any such devices and have never heard of the company or of the person Mark D. Sethna, who ordered them. I reported it to Medicare and they are investigating. I also reported it to my secondary insurance, Emblem Health, and was told they did not pay out the money they were billed ($683.20) because they had already flagged this company.
