G&i Ortho billed Medicare, using my OLD number for urinary catheters. I have no urinary issues and do not require such supplies. None were ever shipped to me.

Medicare was billed twice (April and then May, 2023) but payment was refused due to incorrect information.

(They used a Medicare number I requested be replaced due to numerous claims filed for CoVid testing kits never ordered, never received, or in some cases received but delivery refused.)

Received from claim request from nys empire plan requesting more info to process claim..when I called and spent time explaining, they said Medicare had processed and paid them $942.57. I am not diabetic and never requested or received the supplies they are billing for…I am reporting to Medicare as I type this
