We received multiple emails from this person utilizing a fake email claiming it came from the owner of our company requesting the invoice be sent to our accounting department to be paid. With no response they have continued reaching out to see when payment would be made.

At XXXXXX request, I’m forwarding the message below regarding our ongoing R&D collaboration and the outstanding invoice #Z-63509.

Could you kindly confirm whether the payment can be processed today? If that’s not feasible, we’d appreciate an update on the anticipated payment timeline.

I work for an assisted living facility and this company will call and ask for maintenance, they have let this company know several times that we are not interested in the products they provide. They will then ship the products anyway and try to collect payment for products we have not ordered, going so far as to send us to collections. The products received are always shipped back. We do not wish the collection process to negatively affect the company. I believe they are targeting large companies that just pay the invoices without a second thought of where they came from.

NxGen MDx sent 4 different statements $100 each that I received in the mail today, stating that I have past due balance for Genetic Testing. Stated in statements it says "Failure to send payment or provide a vaild reason for non-payment will result in full collection activities".

I have never had a genetic testing done.
