Called my daughter and said they needed to speak to me regarding a case number and they "had legal documents for legal process". I actually called them back and they claim to be collecting a debt from EZ Money Loan from 2014. Seems like a scam to me.

Call, said this was to Collect a debt with Bank of America. William ******** Director of case filed. Said i had a debt to pay. He had my name, 2 old addresses that i lived about 20 yrs ago, and my SS#. Said he would let the Attorney know if I settle to pay half of amount.

A woman called me said there was a judgement against me for not paying back a payday loan. I never ever had a payday loan.told me I owed her 2000 but for 800 they would settle the loan with out any more late fees .
