I did not receive the correct package is saying one part of the package is at 71st St. in between Compton and Hooper and all I received was a data cable set something I did not order where is the rest of my package I cannot upload no photos I’m not sure why won’t let me upload any photos

I don’t know if I receive half the package or not I did not receive the right merchandise I’ve been trying to get in contact with that merchant no response I don’t have international call I’ve called every shipping company and it went through it’s telling me part of the package is at my house and the other package is somewhere within the community of where I live I cannot upload any photos because it would not allow me to upload any photos
