Placed an order on December 14, received a confirmation. A “team support member” named Julian was the only person of contact that emailed me saying the machine was broken and there would be a delay. He stopped emailing for awhile before eventually saying it would be in by January 19th. Nothing has come, no tracking number. Doesn’t answer the phone.
