Hello! I’ve ordered 2 dresses from Fadoya, paid online on the 6th of March 2022 and the dresses didn’t came and the internet page has been deleted.
What can I do in this case?

Užsisakiau prekę (suknelę) 2022.02.22.ir jos negavau.Rašiau el.laiškus,išsiūsdavo automatinį atsiprašymą.Liepdavo laukti,o dabar visai dingo.Prekės kaina 46,98.

The old adage that you get what you pay for when prices are ridiculously low is true with fadoya...except that instead of receiving an inferior product, what you actually receive is nothing like the item you ordered!

The whole company and those involved, need closing down for running a fraudulent operation.

I ordered the clothes and they deleted the page and do not respond to emails. Forst they changed name of page and then deleted. Be smarter.

I purchased a gown that said silver mesh lace in a medium size. After 6 weeks, I finally received a package and almost threw up. I received a maxi dress that was shiny polyester in a size XL. Unfortunately, there is no information on how to return items or get a refund. Unfortunately, since my first order, I placed a second order. I am out $230. I will never order clothing online again. I feel certain that somewhere in the Terms and Conditions they have covered their a** and I am out the money.

Absolute scam. I ordered from them on January 20, 2022, and received the first item on February 12, 2022. It was a wrong item. I contacted the customer service. They said they would not provide me with prepaid return label even though it was their fault to send the wrong item. Then they suggested that i would keep the item and take either $10 or 20% refund. I refused. Then they said i will have to pay 15% processing fee. i again refused and demanded full refund and order cancellation. I emailed them with their website information which I got from whois site and told them I have reported them to BBB Scam tracker and the FTC. I also told them that I have given both their US address as well as Chinese address (my sister speaks fluent mandarin). Today I received an email saying the order is cancelled and I will be fully refunded in 2 weeks. I'll check with my bank and see what happens.

Selling items that are presentable, yet shipping a month later a different item, then when requested for a refund, they will tell you they won't cancel your order, but charge 15% for processing even though it is their fault for sending me the wrong item, and try to negotiate by saying either refund me for $10 or 20% of the price of the item.
