Purchased personalized stockings with photo and name. One of two pairs was misprinted, cutting off figure at the knees whereas the other pair was printed as pictured on the website. Merchant refused to reprint the defective item, saying it was just like the website, which it clearly is not. Do not order from this scam company. Horrible, deceitful customer service. Waste of my $20.
