To whom it may concern,

I meet with owner who was selling a BMW 3 series as well as another BMW and also had other vehicles for sale. The car had engine issues and the seller did not disclose the issues. Beware of this seller he lists cars on marketplaces and meets in variety of locations in Clinton Township, some of the vehicles he sell are not under his name. He lied about the history and the vin number of the vehicle.

They claimed to be a stolen care recovery company. They required $50 for tracking numbers. $25 for a vin number and $25 for gas to recover the stolen car. They provided pictures and claimed to be on the road with the car. It was never returned or recovered

I saw an add for this product. I attempted to order it and my credit card declined for suspected fraud. So i didn't move forward with the purchase, closing out of the screen. The next day I receive an email they processed my order for $137.75. I immediately sent an email to support and called the number which I stayed on hold for 10 min or so before it forces you to leave a message. I called back 2x with no luck reaching customer support to cancel this order. I also proceeded to email this company multiple times after that. From there i received multiple emails going back and forth making excuses about this order and the final one was that if they canceled my order they would need to charge me 10% for processing. I pushed back and they reduced it to 7%..I continued to let them know this is fraudulent and poor customer service. They did after about 7 emails refund the entire $137.75. BEWARE of this company!

On 11/24/2024 i seen an advertisement that had QVC in the back ground that were selling Dooney & Bourke purses below market value price i decided to order two input information used a credit card and order went thru about five minutes later i received a confirmation thank you for your purchase we're getting your order ready to be shipped the confirmation e mail had from: Amazon([email protected])also had track your package with LETRACKING i click on tracking with a tracking number that begins with the letters GOA 12/10/2024 tracking showed mail import customs clearance 12/13/2024 reads arrive at the sorting and distribution center and so onup to 12/16/2024 delivered olive branch delivered 16 days package was never received at address on 12/17/2024 check tracking

said package was delivered on 12/16/2024 i e mailed the person on e mail to find out what shipping courier was suppose to deliver the package she suggest i contact the local post office which i did went to USPS , UPS, FED EX and called DHL, and DHL EXPRESS neither business has a tracking number that starts with ALPA GOA i sent another e mail that i've check with these business this is not a tracking number for them and that i will be reporting this to the ScamPulse.com have not heard back from this person the business name the payment from credit card was paid to is: DKIKFI.COM the e mail confirmation was from:AMAZON([email protected]) there was no phone number on e mail the package was being watched for starting on 12/16/2024 up to 9:00 pm each day never was received.

They claim to be paying out and refuse to send the winnings on time they change the rules of the gaming platform and never notify when they do so. Ive had nothing but issues with them for the last month they wont add bonuses or anything. I have spent well over the amount and i am refusing the taking advantage and manipulation thats being done to myself. Help me understand please make this make sense,! Thank you have a wonderful day.

Saw a post on facebook for a puppy. Contacted poster and they said puppy was $600. They asked for $200 deposit which we paid through apple pay. They said they would deliver using Global Quest Logistics for $150. We paid through apple pay again. Then they asked for another $300 for insurance. We refused and then would not offer refund.

I was conviced if i paid $49.99 i would get a box of 50 electronic from an amazon wearhouse. The site they gave me to track my package was https://t.17track.net/en#nums=DU9101316642YM. It says it was delivered but never got anything. Emailed them and all i get back is they will reach out to the logistics company that delivered it in 1-3 working days and if it wasnt deliever they reissue it but nothing beyond that in communication. They email me from [email protected]

Received a package from 2452 Gillingham Circle Thousand Oaks, California that I did not order. I thought i t might be by mistake so I wanted to return it. The package included no documentation about where it was from or the receipt that I ordered it. The name on the outside of the package said Online seller. I tried to find the business to contact them and I got a residential address and a compaint for a scam on the BBB. Being Christmas time I cannot think what it was that I thought I ordered and never received but I did have a charge on my account for $75.00 which I cannot account for.

Running a sale on clothing and boots from JCPenney. Gave tracking number and destination so if you run across anything like that please don’t buy anything from them . The stuff was ordered last month got a email stating that it had been delivered today still nothing please beware.
