The company said they shipped my item. The tracking number showed that my item was delivered to an address over 100 miles from my home. They said there was a discrepancy with my address and they would

get it corrected. I did not hear back from them until I opened a dispute with American Express. I have been fighting with American Express over this. VIB07 keeps sending them verification of delivery to my address but the tracking number shows it was delivered elsewhere. I see the same complaints being made from others who paid for but never received the item. They are nothing but thieves.

He advertised and showed his work on Facebook. I read reviews and no mention of any wrong doing. Ordered and prepaid for a ring as a Christmas gift for my son on May 1st, 2024. Messaged him several times throughout Nov and Dec. He would never tell me how he was sending it nor when. Contacted him again in January. At least 15 other people have also been scammed for money. When he gets what he wants he blocks you. His business is still up and he is still offering to make people special orders. He needs to be fined and shut down

A "friend" on ******** posted that she was selling a lot of items belonging to her father to help pay for expenses they would accrue for him being in assisted living. After lots of conversation back and forth on ******** Messenger, I paid a deposit of $500 via Zelle / Chase Bank for a Honda 7000 Generator. Days later, I actually speak with the lady, and she informed me she had been hacked on ******** and that she was NOT selling anything, and that her father had been passed away for over 20 years. She has been blocked on ******** and unable to delete the post or warn others about it. Because I sent the money via Zelle, I think it's "undisputable". I don't know the real person behind the hacked ******** page, but it is NOT ******. I'm located in West Monroe, Louisiana

Ad was on Facebook and advertised it was a legit company 32 degrees. Followed link as I have purchased from them before. I shopped the clearance they advertised on a replica of the true company. When I went to check out. I tried to log in and they said no account found so I signed up and checked out. It would not let me use PayPal. It kept going back to checkout. So I fell for it and used my debt card.

Never received any email confirmation. And upon closing the page I noticed it said softwhimsey.com I of coarse called my bank right away.

I befriended this person who was claiming to be Jaire Alexander. He wormed his way into my life and I sent him $2500.00 worth of Apple gift cards believing it was really him. The first one was for a supposed fan card, and then others were for his personal use. I received nothing!!!

I purchased their product online through Facebook. They sent me a receipt that I had paid them $29.98. However, they charged my credit card $61.76. I have since cancelled the order and the credit card.

FB post using a friends FB that was hacked. Posted selling a 2011 Toyota Camry for $2k. I became suspicious when they kept pressing for the rest of the money and only responded by messenger. I know the person who was hacked so I contacted her by text. That’s when she told me it was a scam.

Searching for a rental home on Facebook. I saw the home, 121 Champion Creek Cove, Belton, TX 76513. I messaged the person on Facebook to see the home. The person said to message his phone at +1 (214) 639-5557. I did and schedule a viewing on Sunday 1/12/25 at 2:30. I was told the code to view the house when I arrived to location. Once we viewed the home we asked for an application to apply to rent the home. I applied for the application on this website https://form.jotform.com/243517087510454.

The application fee per person was $75 dollar I was given multiple formats to pay which were cash, Zelle, cash app, PayPal. I chose Zella and paid for 150$. I was told i would have to send the 850$ deposit to confirm and save the home for us. I did not feel comfortable on sending that till I sign the Contract and have keys in my hands. He said to go to the home and take the keys at that moment or in the morning. I did not feel comfortable. The following day He sent me the contract through this email which was his secretary - [email protected] I sent the contract information to my sister in law and brother in law and told te this was a scam. Do not send any more money to these people.

I order from the website because it said it woukd be shipped from Ft. WORTH TX. Once i received an email with tracking number is when i found out it was coming from China. I emailed back and forth several times with them and they said it was on the way. I checked today 1/15/25 and my order and tracking number no longer exist. Original order placed 12/13/24

After ordering several outfits on 6/4/24 which had an ETA from June to Sept, I still hadn’t gotten my order on 9/26/24. Several items were Halloween and fall items that I needed for Oct with an ETA of June/Aug. I reached out via email, and they were very responsive at first. They said shipments were late but should be out soon. I also inquired about outfits that were ready to ship. I did not get an answer. I followed up the next day. No response. I followed up 4 days later asking if I needed to file a PayPal claim. She stated several of my items would be shipped that day, 10/1/24. I asked about the items that should’ve been ready to ship in June again. No direct response. 10/8/24 I asked if my items shipped. No response. 10/13/24 I asked that my order be partially refunded. No response. I filed a claim with my credit card company to get a refund as I felt I was being scammed. 10/27/24 I got a notification a shipping label had been created. I emailed saying I didn’t need the Halloween clothing items at that point and did not want them shipped, but a refund was needed since their ETAs were June and August, and it was now almost Nov. I did get fully refunded through my credit card company but this shop is likely still scamming people and using them as a loan service? Or hoping they forget about their orders over the months and just keep their money. They removed all posts on their Facebook page where customers were asking about their orders.

Ordered what I thought was a good product from a supposedly reputable company- took forever to receive and when I did was horrible quality and nothing like described. On my attempt to get a refund and return am finally told I have to ship back to China- and the shipping cost for that exceeds the product cost. SCAM

The scammer has created or hijacked my deceased family members social media accounts and is telling me if I call his phone number I will get tens of thousands of dollars of grant money from some US department random treasury Social Security loan Grant support blah blah blah. He is asking me for a personal information Which I have not given.

I met this young lady in person at a Walmart, she was wearing a shirt with a logo and contact information for her business. After introducing myself and learning more about her work I then inquired about having my home painted. I showed pictures and explained how intensive the work would be. All of this happened in a span of an hour. She then requested a deposit/consultation fee. This was about a month ago and Im still being ignored.

The person texted me about a job where my car would b advertising their company and sent out checks with instructions . And they would constantly b texting about deposit the check and give them information told me to go to Wells Fargo bank and when I did the bank said the check were fake and to report the person plz don't fill out any forms about advertising with your vehicle

A popup appeared on my computer in September of 2023 saying I had a virus. I called the number to Centex IP support, who claimed to work for Microsoft. I was in a bad situation at the time with my landlord and wasn't thinking this through. I gave them my bank number (they said they didn't take credit card info). They never did use that info, because I found out it was a scam, and I told them so in the many e-mails I sent to them. I got Microsoft to remove all the apps Centex installed on my computer. To this day, they still keep trying to contact me, although I've repeatedly told them to stop harassing me. A few months ago, they called and told me my e-mail was compromised. I keep blocking their phone numbers. Yesterday, they called and I told them I was Angela's (me) sister and that Angela (me) was in the hospital. I took down one of their phone numbers. 888-512-0217.
