Purchased pajamas online thinking affordable and cute. Maybe can get before Christmas, since it was family Christmas onesies and a couple cute holiday shirts. The whole tracking experience was a nightmare and when I did not recieve my items after the holidays I sent an email. Sent a message to refund my money and this was there response: "Please be assured that we are making every effort to expedite the delivery process and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

To express our apology, we would like to send you one of the products you ordered as a gift. You can contact us after receiving the package and we will arrange a refund for this product.

We value your experience and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know. We do our best to help you.

Thank you for choosing us and we look forward to serving you again soon.

I figured okay I will wait and see. I eventually was able to track the package which stated my package arrived 1/15/2025. I Never recieved a package. I emailed them again in anger to refund my money and have not heard back with a refund. I then saw this similar complaint with the same story and wanted to add my experience as well for people to not trust this company at all. Frauds and thoroughly frustrated. I tried to go back to the site and unable to view since no longer available. I should of known after sending customers complaint to this email address. It at first looked fine confirming from Rylee and Cru. Then a link came back with Fabdrapez.com with their email as followed: [email protected]

Don't trust them at all! Stay safe peeps!
