Received a letter stating they will seize my property and my bank account if I do not pay. Called 18002153795 and no one answered.
I know I do not owe taxes how they got my information is beyond me.

I keep getting these letters in the mail , mentioning that I owe a large amount of money, I called the 800-291-9863 and the guy was a fast talker and was advised if I don’t do something quick I’m going to be in trouble. FINAL DEMAND FOR PAYMENT FOR NONPAYMENT OF TAXES TO THE FEDERAL TAX AUTHORITIES. I don’t see any address on this letter.

I received two letters from the scam organization. Each a couple weeks apart but with two different phone numbers. When I called, because I suspected it was a scam, the lady who answered was beyond rude. Completely vapid and concluded the call by hanging up on me. (Once I said the lien was paid). Very disturbing for a business, but equally disturbing was the content, reference number and threat contained in the letter.

Letter form Someone has no actual name and address on the letter

but claim they are representing THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA to collect money. there is no our business account number, no specific reason of what money we owe, or what is their name of the company.

I called the number they listed, asked what is their name of the company, they refuse to say, i called several times, and they tracked my phone number and just hand up on me when i call again.

I received a mailing claiming to be from Tax Processing Unit, county public judgement records Dated from 2weeks ago. This mailing claimed I was facing imminent action in the form of a Distraint Warrant for back taxes due to the Federal Tax Authorities. This warrant serves the same function as a court judgement. This includes the possibility of garnishment of wages and bank accounts, property seizures, federal tax refund offset, and creation of a property lien.To avoid enforcement, call 1(800)562-9249 by 3/03/2021 This mailing was received on the first of March, so that gave me 2 days to respond.

Note: Interest will continue to accrue until the balance is paid in full.

This warrant acts as a judgement against a debtor and is a lien on any property now owned or acquired in the future until the debt is paid in full. Levying procedures will begin within 15 days of its receipt. We must respond by the due date and pay in full, or call 1(800)562-9249 to avoid action.
