Paid for order and received the order. My email and on seek it said was delivered to my address but cameras they showed a delivery and someone was home. I explained by email nothing was ever received. They said “everyone sometimes has to take a loss” and they would give me 25% of what I paid back.

I googled white cherry blossom trees and ezraper.com popped up. I ordered the trees. I emailed to check on status of my order because for 3 days my packages said out for delivery.. On the fourth day, the system updated to delivering my packages 2 days prior and didn't send no pictures of proof ..
