I was told to not open the card after purchasing it and was told to get another card then call the number given. I spoke to someone named Christy and for me to wait for ann email which never came through. I called back to let her know that she had me on hold until she hung up. I kept calling and either the phone was answered and no on said anything or just hung up. Later calling back time and time again no phone contact. I'm wondering how can I get my money back.

Easy rental I talked to him yesterday they had me to go get go to bank card but then they locked the card up and they took the wrong pin down security code so I called them back they asked me to go get another card but I had to get a apple debit card debit card and they did not deliver my car like they said they was so I'm thinking this was a fraud

Car rental scam

I had the exact same experience as the guy from GA. The same phone number 855-470-0346. Except I lost $1720. I called the number and the girl said I needed to purchase two bank2go cards with the amounts of $500 and $110. So I did. I called her back and gave her the info and she said they would send me a confirmation email. To call her back after I got that confirmation. A few minutes later a guy called and said that she told me the wrong amounts and I needed to go purchase two more cards. I was furious so he said I could keep the vehicle for 3 extra days for my inconvenience. So I went back to get the two cards. This time it was for $250 and $360. So I did. But I accidentally grabbed a green dot card for the $360. I called them back and told them what happened. He said he’d see what he could do. He called me back after awhile and said he couldn’t make it go through so now he needed a $500 bank2go card and when the driver brought the vehicle he was going to give me $960 back in cash and I’d get $350 back when I returned the vehicle. He said that I could use the green dot card. I tried to activate it and it had already been activated. So I went and got the $500 bank2go card. But I was suspicious by this time. I confronted him and of course he denied it. He told me a bunch of crap that made me believe it was legit. I gave him the info. I asked him about the login info and he said the driver would give it to me when he came. That he had all the info. He told me he’d be on the way with the vehicle. Then he called back and gave me the pin to the greendot card but said he needed another $360. That’s when I knew for sure it was a scam. I said some really bad words to him and he swore that the vehicle was on the way. I’m gonna see about filing a police report but I’m sure it won’t do any good.

I was looking for a rental car company that accepted debit card as payment. I saw a advertisement rent car without credit card, so i click on it and this phone nunber shows up 8554700346 so i call and fiona answers the phone, she tells me yes we rent cars with debit csrds ,but we only accrpt bank2go or American Express ,so she tells me that i can get it at ***,she said put 330.00 on the card.80 for 2 day rental,and 250.00 refundable when u return the car. She told me i had several choices so i chose chevy malibu. And they deliver the car to me. I buy bank2go card call her back give het the info. We set it up i hang up. About 20 mins later i get a call back its supposedly her manager, said something is wrong with card he double checked the numbers and it wouldnt accept it as payment. So Anthony said can you get another card put exactly 330.00 no more no less,cause on the first card i put 345.00 on it, so im thinking it because i put wrong amount, so i go purchase another card.call them back Anthony assures me that when the car is drlivered he will send me back yhe 345.00 in cash with the driver. So i gave him the info,he calls me back with a confirmation # ********** for the first card. And said be sure to give the driver that card. Well i waited about an hour called him back line busy,wait another hour line busy, thats when i realized i had beem scammed.. needless to say i was devastated. I made a police report, contacted ********,by email .explained my situation they told me to send pics.of my receipts. And they would contact me within 5 days. Ive emailed them twice to no avail. Hoping they would help me recover my money.

I called rental place to get a car .the agent said to go and get go2 bank card and put 500 on one card and 299 on another card.i put 300 on one card and 500 on the other one .the agent called be back and told me that it must be the correct amount of 299 .i went and got another card with 299 on it.the agent stated that my car will be delivered in 45 minutes from ferndale on april 4.car was never delivered when i called the agent .

When i spoke with agent this morning he says theres no agent there with the ext369.and hung up on me .when i called backthe line was busy .when i called from another number he picked up .when he realized it was me he said i didn't have a reservation with them.Also he gave me a reservation number 45747478us0
