I am reporting a fraudulent company operating under the name "Express Unlock." I legally paid for a phone unlock service via their website using my personal bank card. The service was not rendered — they failed to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S22 as promised.

After I filed a dispute with my bank due to non-performance, they began sending threatening emails claiming the card was "stolen," demanding an additional $46 payment, and threatening to blacklist my phone unless I paid within 7 days. This is a clear attempt at extortion and blackmail.

I requested that appropriate action be taken against them. I am also making this case public to warn other users.

Paid for a phone unlocking service, was charged $25 and then $80 more. After that was billed another $280 by the company saying I owed my carrier a balance to unlock. I contacted the carrier who informed me that they where lying and couldn’t do anything to unlock my phone as the issue was age on the network being too short(less than 60 days and it would automatically unlock after 60 days. Verizon also confirmed there was no balance as my phone was prepaid.
