Contacted our church with the piano donation offer. Pastor and council members became suspicious when no identifying details were provided by “Michelle” or the moving company. Then the movers demanded untraceable payment methods and upfront payment prior to delivery. We are in the process of backing out and will not be giving them any money or any more information.

I was originally contacted through church website that a Charlotte Hughes was wanting to donate Yamaha baby grand piano to someone with a love for music from her late husband. I just needed to contact expressmovers&storage to move it as it was in storage. They contacted me my email and quoated price $620-$1950 to move it and needed to send Veo, Zelle, cashapp, paypal or bank cash deposit/ wire transfer. I checked to see if it was a local company and could not find it and then checked google for scams and it came up
