They do NOT work for the FMCSA and a BOC-3 processing agency has no affliation with what they are telling new business owners. They not only called us immidetley when we filed for our DOT number but also sent emails saying that we would be out of services if we didnt register our DOT number with them, claiming they were the FMCSA. They are some small office operating out of Boise Idaho, even tho there listing says Sheridian Wyoming, we hired someone to go to the office listed there, and there is nothing. They are a telemarking scheme that exploits new DOT numbers and then refuse to refund. It is honestly discusting that a Federal website would have a company like this listed on there website. WE spoke to the FMCSA and they explained that they did not work for them and they were just an option to file a BOC-3 with. They said they would open a ticket into them. The information they provide is not only false, but misleading and a lie. The fact that I have still not been refunded weeks later or even that a company can operate under the false pretenses of a Federal administration. There needs to be some type of regulation. Please help protect other new companies and not allow places like this to continue to scam people. Thank you for what you do and hopefully this will help the next small business owner from being taken advantage and stolen from!
