They call me today saying they need actualize some issues in my computer and make a transfer from my account first 380 and now 400. How we can stop this stillers the bank says can't stop the transaction.

My brother received a pop up on his computer. He said it appeared to be from Microsoft. He clicked on the pop up. It stated the computer had been compromised. He has spoken with them on the phone. They charged about $899 for virus protection. My brother said that he sent about $899 to Expert Tek Solutions. He copied a personal check and may have E mailed it. Approximately $899 was withdrawn from my brothers account. He received a phone call from them for an additional $2800. He did not send the money. This has been going on for a week. Unknown appears in the caller Id. It is always a different person. The caller gave him phone number 800-772-0598. My brother also gave credit card numbers. We called and reported it. They were trying to get the debit card number. He did not give it out. .
