This company calls you and states they are with Executive Image Solutions, a reputable business that is located in PA. They ask questions to see what printers you use in your office. Then they guareentee their products are so good that they send you a free cartriage to try. They call you back to see how you liked it and if you do all they ask in return is that you pay for the free cartriage then. Doesn't hurt to try for free and no obligations. Before I ever recieve the cartriage I get a faxed invoice for the cartriage and the name of the comany is Executive Imaging Solutions from Santa Clarita, CA not the company from PA. I did research on this company and could never find a legitamet site and also terrible reviews on ScamPulse.com and Yelp. The address is a home address. I called them to ask more about there business and if they could provide me with any positive reviews. They got defensive with me immediatly and said I needed to pay for the toner that I ordered. They asked me if I got in trouble from my boss for ordering something I shouldn't have. They finally agreed to tak the product back but provided me with an address to a vancant building. The business next door confirmed no one is in there. Complete scam!

This company is a scam they call business and lie to them that their in last twice as a long as a regular in cartridge which in fact it doesn’t. Their are many people who call different companies to scam them and they send them invoices for the ink and toner and end up making the company pay for something they didn’t order. The people running the scam is Jack, Stephanie, Curt, Ernie, Adam, Misty and Sophia. Don’t believe anything they tell you. And the address you see online isn’t their real address. The ScamPulse.com needs to investigate this establishment.

Called and asked about our printer needs, told me he's going to send us free sample cartridge. Told him we don't need anything, Next thing you know, a ups package arrived. I'm pretty sure invoice is going to follow.
