I placed an order for two rings which came out to $99.90. None of my apps updated me with a tracking number or notification stating that they received and were working on my order. I contacted them 3x via email and once through their chat bot and got no response. I’m doing what I can to get my money back. Very poor customer service and it appears to be a scam where they just take your money and don’t care.
