I subscribed to an online Ultrasound Physics study course. Within 2 weeks of subscribing, I was no longer able to access the site for the course. I've attempted to email [email protected] to cancel and have not received a response back. I received email notifications of the upcoming monthly subscription renewal and emailed [email protected] on August 23rd to cancel my subscription to avoid this charge but received no response and my card was charged $6.99 on 8/27/2026 for a subscription I am no longer able to access. I do not want to be charged for this service every month but have no way of cancelling it as the site is still down and I cannot access the member portal. I also don't want to cancel my card as so many auto debits are set up on this card. Please help!
