What the company advertised was not the product that was shipped. The advertised picture of the boots in question showed a "fur" type lining, and no words printed on the fastening straps, boot tongue, or boot face. The ad also showed a sturdy Vibram sole, and advertised orthopedic arch support. What I received has a printed cloth lining, the word "FASHION" was prominently printed on the straps, tongue, and face of the boot. The sole was not Vibram, but some "Sport7" plastic. There was no arch support at all, the interior of the boot was flat. I was charged $6.95 shipping although the ad posted "free shipping and free returns". Numerous emails regarding the return of these boots went unanswered, and there was no packing or return information enclosed in their shipment. Return of the boots was thus impossible.
