I pre-ordered the LED mask from Evertone Skin in December 2022 and was told their new supply would be in January. I received it in January and it did not meet my expectations. I requested a return authorization and once received, I returned it. Although I was told that the check was in the mail, I never received a refund. I followed up with several emails and nothing was answered. I found out the owner's name: Alex Michael Franklin. I was able to track down his personal phone number and called him. I got his voicemail, identified myself, asked fo a call back but the only thing I got was blocked by him. I am out over $300. and am furious. He lives in Delaware but the company is in California and appears to now be out of business. I want my money returned. They have the product AND my money.

Evertone Skin product promo was listed in my Instagram feed. The link led me to their website to order the Red Light and Microcurrent mask/LED face and Neck Mask. Normally the package deal is $199..00 but with the promo, I paid $139.30. When I haven't received the products, I reached out to Evertone. They the product will be delivered after Jan 25, 2024. However, I didn't receive the order on Jan 25, 2024 so I emailed Evertone again. Veronica, Evertone's customer service manager, replied that the order was delivered on Jan 22, 2024. The evening of Jan 25, 2024, I replied to Veronica that I work from home and did not see the package dropped off. Also, I indicated that I checked the mailbox. I followed up again via email on Jan 31, 2024 and Feb 2, 2024. On Jan 30, 2024, I sent both a direct message and left a comment on few of their posts on Instagram. Today, Feb 5, 2024, I emailed, asking for a refund.
