I ordered from this site. They overcharged my card. They also stated that the item ships from the US and it is currently in Spain somewhere. I requested a refund and they stated that they were on vacation. Scam site shady business needs to be STOPPED!

Online Retailer Scam

I ordered 2 hats from an ad on FB as a Christmas gift. The were not delivered in time. I contacted the company and was given a tracking number. Wasn't a good number. They then gave me a different number. That tracking number showed the item coming from Austria. When it entered the USA it went to Huntsville Al and then was delivered to an address in Lancaster Pa. I had been tracking it but it was never received at my address. Contacted the USPS and they said that tracking number wasn't a USPS number. Contacted the company again. They gave me a THIRD tracking number that showed the package originated in Dallas Texas and went to Philadelphia and then Lancaster but it was addressed to else at another address. The company wanted me to prove it but the post office isn't allowed to give out where the package went for privacy reasons. Therefore i've lost my $38.00 and i don't have any hats. Do mot do business with this company!

There was an ad on facebook about a popular pajama set. I decided to purchase back on 1/6/2025. When I contacted them about my order I was sent different tracking information about my order. It’s been 2 almost 3 weeks with no order. I requested a refund and I was emailed back with a tracking number to different websites.

This business is using Facebook ADS with STOLEN images from a small swimsuit business to advertise their counterfeit swimsuits. When I saw the ad, I thought perhaps I was purchasing the same thing from the small business I'd looked at previously. Silly me. After they charged my card for $10 more than what the total was, I looked more into the company online and realized the mistake I'd made. I immediately contacted them for a refund and they refused saying to please wait for the product. I responded that I needed the order cancelled and money refunded an they again returned saying to please wait for the product that I would not be disappointed. 2 months later, I still have not received anything, so I emailed them again requesting a refund and now they are sending me another tracking number and telling me they cannot do anything because the product is no longer there. This company needs to be shut down so they can stop stealing from other legitimate hard working businesses and stop scamming people out of their money.

Ordered a bathing suit and authorized a charge for $36, was charged $47. Shipping was supposed to be 5-7 business days. 6 weeks later and still no item. Seller tried to offer a “partial refund” for the amount overcharged but not for the full amount.
