IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED FINAL NOTICE Lender Info: Evergreen Federal Bank/ Home Owner ID: XX######## Attention: *** ***** *** **** *** ***** ****** ******** This letter is to inform you about an important matter regarding the property at (my current address) secured by your current lender which is Evergreen Federal Bank. We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice. Please Call IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU 888-467-3210. The bottom of the spam is a fake "check" with my name on it, but with no signature. It states it is for $199.00 and says "Allocated Waiver" above the $199.00. The back of the "check" even has a line with an "X" and "ENDORSE HERE". However, the bottom of the front side of the check states, "THIS IS NOT A CHECK"
