I received a letter in the mail saying my factory warranty expired and I have to call immediately, but I just received the car two months ago. I called and the first representative available and explained my situation and then I asked him what kind of scam he is trying to pull off because I never heard of the company and the warranty was covered by the manufacturer when I purchased the car, then he hangs up on me. Then I called the second time and a different representative takes my call, he does not give me his name, but I explain my situation. He was speaking forcefully trying to get me to get me to stay on the phone trying to manipulate me by scaring me that my dealership made a mistake and the warranty was not activated. I told him that I was going to get in touch with the corporate headquarters of the manufacturer and get to the bottom of this. He then tried to manipulate me to stay on the call and that he will not be able to help me out. I was a treating sales tactic to scaring me into giving money.
