Evelyn & Rowe claims to be a boutique in Chicago. I ordered 2 items from them that took 2 weeks to be delivered. It turns out it came from China. The clothes were sized incorrectly and were of very poor shedding quality. When attempting a refund within the allotted 30 day period, they ignored my 5 emails requesting a return. Once I filed a claim with my credit card company, they finally emailed me. They claim you cannot return to their boutique in Chicago. You have to pay outrageous shipping fees to China. I told them this was not acceptable due to their inferior clothing that is also sized incorrectly. They need to send me a postage paid return tag. They refused. I have since investigated and found that the boutique they claim you’re shopping from in Chicago does not exist. There are numerous complaints about this scam happening over and over to others. Please shut them down so this scam does not keep happening to everyone that tries to purchase from them.
