Online Retailer Scam

Saw an ad on facebook for this vagus nerve stinulator by pulsetto. Being that i have anxiety issues i needed to try this since i havent found relief elsewhere yet. Spent over $300 on it, it didnt work. Customer service emails took so long that when i wanted a return or refund (its also a faulty device) theybstraight up said no refund you are outside the 30 day window. No apology, nothing. Now i am out $310 that i could use back and have a broken device.

I purchased some products on their website and they never sent them. I exchanged some emails where they said they were having delays, but they never met the new dates they were giving me, until they just stopped responding. Please note the amount I lost is in euros, as I am based in Spain (it won't let me choose Europe on the following screens). Thanks!
