I have purchased what was said to be a pair of Clarks Wallabee shoes/ boots. The amount charged seems at variance with what was agreed. Are they legitimate or as other people have reported a scam company. Given the number of complaints in your community / on line do PayPal accept any responsibility?

On 1/30/23 I purchased what I thought were 2 Bose CD players from a Facebook add about a clearance sale. I never received either of them. However. I did get a strange package in the mail from some place in Illinois with an ugly scarf that looked like it was from India. When I tried to research it, I saw posts about this type of scam. I am out $65.96. So now, whenever I see an add pop up on Facebook for this, I make a comment that "This is a scam". I hope people heed it.

I bought 2 cordless hand held vacuums that reverse from suction to blow for blowing up mattresses. I got them delivered I had paid for upgraded version which cost $129.00 AUD . The vacuums I received were not the upgraded version I paid extra for. I did try to email through website but email was not able to be sent, could not find address. The 2 I received were not the green I ordered just the cheaper version. I am very upset with the light plastic rubbish I received. After seeing them work on website, they looked really good, so I upgraded to get the reverse cycle ones. Now I’m disappointed and don’t know how to get my better ones, I have address in N.S.W. AUSTRALIA but no phone number or email address. Or even company name. I bought these as gifts but they’re cheap and tacky! Ripped off again.

I purchased what was to be the stretchy jumpsuits, two of them for $71. I got two VERY NON-STRETCHY jumpsuits and in the wrong colors. I sent an email expressing the situation and I got an answer back saying they would give me back $3 for my trouble. I'm so fkn mad, these scammers took my money. I'm attempting to get my money back through paypal now, wish me luck.

I purchased a stretchy jumpsuit from them. Took over a month to receive it, it wasn't even remotely close to what I ordered, and I was charged double the amount. PayPal hasn't sided with me and the company does not answer emails in a way that makes sense. And absolute scam! Even if the jumpsuit was close to what I ordered, I can't sit in it because the material does not stretch at all.

beware do not buy from this company Photos of the sandels showed a much better quality item also sescription is nothing like how they are utter rubbish

Ordered bras through a Facebook ad. Received tracking that "shipped" from Spain and allegedly arrived in Huston TX on 1/28/23 and hasn't moved since. Emails to company get very generic "we are urging the shipping company". Asked who the carrier was in the USA, and they after several requests told me USPS, but they can't provide me with an actual tracking number that is in USPS format. Was also charged tax at about 13% and in Wisconsin it is only 5.5% so not sure who they are giving taxes to? Total SCAM. I filed a complaint with PayPal for full refund.

Mine were allegedly shipped from Hungary. I did contact PayPal and got back all but the shipping. Bras finally arrived weeks later after the same ordeal. Mine allegedly arrived in Portland and then nothing for weeks turning into months. They kept telling me to just wait. I want to return them, but have no legitimate address. I did try sending to the return address on the packaging, but it came back “not known…unable to forward”. I ordered three colors and only got one color. Won’t do this again. I’ll stick to tried and true resources.

I ordered a doll house to be delivered by Christmas. Something similar to what the product photos looked like arrived on Jan 19th.
I wanted to assemble the kit myself and what arrived was pre-built.
When I complained to Pay-Pal about the lack of delivery a case was opened. on Jan 13th; when a package arrived, my case was closed as the seller provided a tracking number that shows it was delivered. I had sent them photos of the item delivered to no avail. Search Ethhti Co. Ltd Pay Pal and a list of similar complaints will appear.

It appears to be a bait and switch. The item was offered as deliverable by Dec 25 on the 12th of December, with photos of a well made item that had a lot of detail. Assembly required.

What I got on Jan 19th was a pre-assembled product that looked similar to what was ordered, but upon inspection revealed poor quality and craftmenship. I ordered another book-nook from ********, that arrived in a week, was a quality product, and by comparison, what Ethhti sold me is a piece of junk. One can search Ethhti Co. Ltd Pay Pal and several listing will appear. Apparently Pay Pal does not side with their customers when this scam is brought to their attention.

I purchased a "luxury' jumper from this scam artist which cost £46 and when it finally arrived it looked like a cheap £4.99 market version. Total rubbish and you should never use this company. The complaint received little to no attention AVOID at ALL COSTS

Ordered a clean cut paint edger plus two roller sleeves, all I got was 3 roller sleeves cost me $34 40 I contacted them they said they checked and that's what I ordered ,I've asked for my money back and will send them back but they offered me $5 back, then $7 I can buy these rollers at my local store complete scam won't be buying off Facebook again once bit twice shy

I ordered in early July and it is now nearly September. The tracking shows arrival in Milwaukee in early August with no updates since. I have requested refund with no response. Save your money!

I ordered a tapestry blanket with a beautiful quote about being brave. Saw it at my sisters, and apparently the company I ordered it from was not the same company that she ordered from. My quote was misspelled. (First clue)
Being a positive teacher, I figured it was a spelling error. Contacted the seller, and waited. Wanted a replacement, so I thought.
After sending pictures and exchanging emails, they offered to send me $7.00 for the mistake. Now, I paid $32.68 plus tax, so this was not even close to being acceptable. The next email said $9.00, and that was their final offer.
I have transaction numbers, PayPal proof of amount, and nothing has been offered since or credited or anything.
Wish I knew how to everyone, wish I knew how to trash a company on social media. Please mark this company as a SCAM,
A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY.

Two Bras ordered ($36). First, I was charged $9.43 for Tax. I live in Delaware where there is NO STATE TAX! Product arrived. Unbelievably poor quality, and horribly made, with no finished edges, just raw cuts of the cheapest material! In addition, the size wasn't even close to specifications. Highway robbery. SCAM!

Ordered their 'foldable Panama Hat". It arrived balled up and shipped in a plastic bag. There is no way you can use this hat. The wire-rim etc is so totally mangled that it is beyond repair. The company has offered a refund if I pay for return shipping which costs more than I paid for the hat. total scam company.

I ordered a necklace from ice coconut but my PayPal transaction came up as ‘ethhtico.ltd. “ I received the necklace and was extremely disappointed in the quality. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift which was my plan. I contacted support and several emails were exchanged. The total cost on my card was $46. They first offered $6., then $10. I refused these and said I just wanted my money back. They then offer 50% . I should have accepted because when I insisted on a return, they sent me an address for return. They also insisted I send a picture of the package and a tracing number from the post office. The return cost me $25. I received notice of my refund today and they never reimbursed postage even though it was their poor quality and their 100% satisfaction guarantee that was the reason for return. I would never in 100 years recommend any dealings with ice coconut or ethhtico.ltd. Big time scammers.

Had them 4 months and the heel busted emailed them first offered £5 then offered £10 refused both and have heard nothing more from them email [email protected] good luck getting a refund cheap dirt
