Purchased 2 car cell phone holders for $39.99 off ad on Facebook. Not only did I not know this was a foreign company until notified items stuck in customs I was also charged a “new tax fee” so the charge on my credit card was $48.75. When I asked to return products I was told I would have to pay shipping which exceeds cost of product. These companies are nothing but scammers advertising on American platforms. PayPal will not aid in disputing as product received. FB should not allow these companies to advertise (especially China) or at the least demand they disclose they are a foreign company. I will reach out to my credit company to see if they can assist.

Necklace took 6 weeks to get to me, It was badly damaged, see attached photos. I would like a refund or replacement.

I ordered this junk which is worth about 2 dollars at the dollar store. However it cost me about 50$. Total scam , is not worth it. They refused to cancel the order saying that it was already shipped. I have asked to return the product but these guys are crooks so its unlikely.

I was looking for Christmas Presents online. I saw the beautiful stained glass art objects posted on the Megzhly.com and
Ethhtico web site. I ordered 3 stained glass framed pictures and sent them

$64.99 for payment. They got my money & banked it and I got nothing - no pictures and no explanations. I hope they are caught by the authorities and sent to prison. Remember, they banked my money and sent me nothing!

I bought a heart necklace 2nd Dec and nothing, I have now done a chargeback through my credit card after searching the company name today and noticing how many peeps haven't received product.. total scam every time I contact them I get an update on tracking again another scam.

I ordered a quilted mattress cover, WEll for 91 canadian dollars i got one fitted sheet too small for my bed and they refuse to take it back. From Facebook, Purchased Side By Side sculptured Hand-Painted figure through willowtreeart paid as guest through PayPal in August arrived in November very disappointed to find a bad replica measuring 6.5ins instead of 9.5ins, unsigned by original designer and smelling of rubber badly painted.. sent email to support@willowtreeart. Email Undeliverable. Rang PayPal who advised company ethhti Co.,Ltd will refund but I must pay for postage and have a tracking number by six days then PayPal will close file. I checked this company on Reviews and scam watch .. buyer beware this company changes names and refunds are not attained due to time limitation from PayPal and dodgy addresses... Reported to my bank .

I ordered 2 - "100% Handmade - The Naughty Spirits Are Dancing" from Ethhti in July 2021 and to date (11/7/21) I have not received my order. I sent you payment through PayPal. On October 10, 2021, I was told that the order had been sent to the Post Office and there was nothing more that could be done. Today is November 7, 2021, and the order has yet to be delivered.

I bought the Side by Side figurine and have been eating for 3 months. The tracking they gave me is not valid and I keep emailing the support team for a valid tracking no and they keep saying to be patient as shipping us slow. I bought the figurine as a present in August for September. I found it on FB. It cost me $88 US What can I do.

Ad on Facebook for the garden lawn eagle art. Is that metal 42-in wingspread of an eagle that rocks on a metal rod as a scarecrow. I received the product late and it was only the size of four inches instead of 42 in. The picture that they advertise on Facebook was this beautiful metal lawn garden art of an eagle big wings spread but it was not the product I received false product, fake pictures, advertisement false pictures. I spent 52 dollars. I tried contacting them and they refused to reply. Sincerely ***
