gear I tried to enter the amount the Ethan took from my Visa, $1249.95. When he didn't ship the engine I contacted him via email and he said he would check. Suddenly the $1249.95 was credited back to my account. I contacted him via email asking why and got a phone call that it was all a mistake with excuse that his bank could only allow receipt of so much money and then had to return it! I asked him to send me a picture of the engine in the box before I would again pay him the $1249.95 again, suspecting it was a scam! It never happened. I'm sure this is a scam because the charge for the engine including shipping was 1/3rd of any other quote I received. I'm lucky the money was returned, and I warn anyone else to avoid this dealer-shut him down!
