I placed an order for 2 sets of 3 bras from Etercitenal.com. $29.99 each set. Paid using paypal. I received numerous tracking emails, over the course of the next 2 months. I finally emailed [email protected] (there is no phone number available to call...weird) over the next week, they apologized and said they were working on it. then told me in an email that MY POST OFFICE RETURNED the parcel. If i wanted to get the items, they would re-ship, but they would need me to pay more money to "replace their loss". Are they KIDDING? Nope they were not kidding, I then said I'm not sending you a dime and they responded with they will give me a refund, but they would need to keep the shipping fees and minus their loss in the product...WHAT? So confused..

Now I am reporting this here. Next stop is report to PayPal and maybe get my money back from them.
