website looks good, everything seemed legit. even the massage gun product I got looked really nice! but it simply does not work... I contacted the company for over 2 weeks about this... they said to submit a video it does not work. which I did, I emailed it to them 3 different times since I could never get a response..... still they would not contact me back about next steps or a refund or return.....
